Accessibilité
Éphémère n'est pas utilisable au lecteur d'écran pour son geste central :
dessiner. Tout le contenu de l'app est un tracé à main levée peint dans un
canvas — des pixels, pas du texte — et on ne trace pas une forme libre au
doigt en écoutant. Lire les dessins des autres est hors de portée pour la même raison.
Ce qui l'est : les commandes sont étiquetées et atteignables au clavier, la carte annonce ce qu'elle contient (combien de dessins autour de vous, pour combien de temps encore), les couleurs sont nommées plutôt qu'épelées en hexadécimal, et la préférence système « réduire les animations » est respectée — respiration, dissolution et flottement s'arrêtent.
Aucune obligation légale ne pèse ici : le RGAA vise le secteur public. C'est donc une limite assumée et écrite, pas un oubli qu'on tairait. Si elle vous empêche d'utiliser l'app, écrivez : monkeyneonapp@gmail.com.
Propriété intellectuelle
L'ensemble des contenus de l'application (design, code, textes, marque) est protégé. Les dessins publiés restent la propriété de leurs auteurs (voir les CGU).

Accessibility
Éphémère cannot be used with a screen reader for its central gesture:
drawing. All of the app's content is a freehand stroke painted in a
canvas — pixels, not text — and you cannot trace a freehand shape with a
finger while listening. Reading other people's drawings is out of reach for the same reason.
What is usable: the controls are labeled and reachable by keyboard, the map announces what it contains (how many drawings around you, and for how much longer), colors are named rather than spelled out in hexadecimal, and the system preference “reduce motion” is respected — the breathing, dissolving and floating animations stop.
No legal obligation applies here: the RGAA (the French accessibility framework) targets the public sector. This is therefore a limit we acknowledge and have put in writing, not an omission we would keep quiet about. If it prevents you from using the app, write to: monkeyneonapp@gmail.com.
